📦 First-Time Setup

Before your first batch of ice, follow these simple steps:

  1. Unbox & inspect: Make sure all parts are intact and clean.

  2. Place on a flat surface: Ensure at least 15 cm of ventilation space around the machine.

  3. Clean the interior: Run an auto-clean cycle (see below).

  4. Fill the tank: Add up to 2.2L of clean water. Avoid using sparkling or distilled water.

    1. Plug in the machine.

    2. Lift the lid and pour water into the reservoir (do not exceed the MAX line).

    3. Press the “ON/OFF” button to start ice-making.

    4. Select ice size (if applicable).

    5. In 6–8 minutes, your first 9 bullet-shaped ice cubes will be ready!

    6. The ice automatically drops into the basket.

    7. Use the scoop to serve, or transfer to a freezer for storage.

🧼 Auto-Cleaning Function

To keep your IC30 in top condition:

  1. Empty the water tank.

  2. Hold the “Clean” button for 5 seconds to start the cycle.

  3. Let the machine run the cleaning process (~5 mins).

  4. Drain the water using the drain plug underneath.

  5. Rinse again with clean water.

Do this:

  • Before the first use

  • Once a week with regular use

  • After long periods of storage


⚠️ Tips for Best Performance

  • Use room temperature water (not cold or hot).

  • Don’t run the machine in temperatures below 10°C or above 32°C.
